The spread of COVID-19 across the world has had a bearing on almost every sphere of life. While I must admit we have seen nothing like this before, we are learning every day to get better at dealing with disruptions caused by this pandemic.
As this outbreak has grown to pandemic proportions, our top priority continues to be the health and safety of Vamshi & co while maintaining high levels of services to our clients.
We have proactively taken a series of steps to ensure the safety of our Vamshi & Co and mitigate the risks to client deliverables.
We are closely following WHO guidelines for health and safety, including restricting employee travel and canceling or postponing events that involve large groups
We have assembled an enterprise risk management task team to manage our response and implement and any needed changes to our workforce structure
We have boosted our all digital collaboration tool capacity to meet increased demands with most of Vamshi & Co client working remotely
We have been in constant communication with our clients to apprise them of the measures we have undertaken. We are ensuring the balance of customer and business demands on one hand, and employee safety and wellbeing on the other.
As we navigate through unique times like these, it is important to understand that in every crisis there are new opportunities. We need to steer through this with resilience, determination, and compassion.
